Tag: Beauty Questions.

The last tag I did, I got off Becky's blog and I was doing it at about 7am. This tag, I also got off Becky's blog, but it's nearly 4am. "What are you doing up at that time?!" I hear you ask..

Well, my sleep pattern has been very bad for a pretty long time, getting worse obviously in school holidays. I actually am pretty sure I have DSPS (delayed sleep phase disorder), it's described as permanent jet lag. That's exactly what it's like. It's not like I can't sleep, it's the fact I'm not even faintly tired until about 4 or 5am, this then means I don't wake up until about 12 or 1pm comfortably. I am trying to sort my sleep out so I wake up early though - about 5.30am/6am. It's nearly the end of the summer holidays for me, and I don't want to waste the days I have left at all! Long story short, I'm staying up all night and all day so I'm tired early tomorrow night. :) Hopefully it works. If you want, I can make more posts on my sleep.. would that be boring? Tell me in the comments.

Twice a day, morning and night.

Clean&Clear Deep Action Gel Cleanser.

-Do you exfoliate?

Yes.

-What brand do you use?

St Ives.

-What moisturizer do you use?

Clean & Clear Dual Action Moisturiser.

-Do you have freckles?

Yeah, a few.

-Do you use eye cream?

Now and then when I can be bothered.

Nope.

-What foundation do you use?

Revlon Photoready in 'Vanilla'

-How about concealer?

Benefit It Stick.

-Do you know your undertone color?

I think it's pink. (I RHYMED xD)

-What do you think of fake eyelashes?

Meh. I love them, but I'm rubbish at putting them on, so I don't wear them.

-Did you know that you are suppose to change your mascara every 3 months?

Yup!

-What brand of mascara do you use?

Maybelline mascara.

-Sephora or MAC?

I have to say MAC. Although if we had Sephora in the UK, I would say Sephora.

-Do you have a MAC Pro-card?

Nope.

-What makeup tools do you use in make up application?

I use a flat shader brush for my eyeshadow, a pencil brush for my crease colour, and a blending brush to blend my eyeshadow. I don't like applying foundation with a brush, I don't know why, and then I use an angled brush designed for contouring for blush (I find it works better for blush than contouring)

-Do you use make-up base/primer for the eyes?

Yes!

-For the face?

Yes!

-What is your favorite eyeshadow (color or shade)?

Hmm. That's hard. I can't choose just one, so light shimmery nudes.

-Do you use pencil or liquid eyeliner?

I use both. I alternate.

-How often do you poke your eyes with an eyeliner pencil?

Hardly ever. It may sound wierd but i poke my eye with mascara more often. <-- stole that answer from Becky, I'm the exact same :P

-What do you think of pigment eyeshadows?

I like them but they're so messy. :(

-Do you use mineral makeup?

I think so.

-What is your favorite lipstick?

Probably either MAC in 'Sandy B' or Natural Collection 'Pink Mallow'

-How about lipgloss?

Barry M Glossy Tube 'Sugar10'

-What is your favorite blush to use?

Punkyfish Shimmer Souffle (its like a cream blush, its a bronzey colour)

-Do you buy your makeup on ebay?

Nope.

-Do you like drugstore makeup?

I love it!

-Do you go to CCO's? (cosmetic company outlets)

No, they're all too far away.

-Did you ever consider taking make-up classes?

Yes, I am actually currently looking into makeup classes at my local college.

-Are you clumsy in putting on makeup?

Sometimes:P

Bright neon eyeshadow badly applied to the lid. 

-Do you like colorful shades of makeup (lipstick,eyeshadow) or neutral ones?

I have to say both, but I wear neutrals the majority of the time.

-If you could leave the house using just ONE make up item,what would you use?

Foundation. (:

No. :( I just HATE my skin haha.

Nope:(

Umm. Either Benefit, MAC or Sleek.

-What do you think of Makeup??

I think makeup is a great way to express yourself, while making yourself more confident in your own skin! It enhances your good points, and conceals your flaws, and makeup in some form suits everyone. It's a great (and easy) way to show your personality. :)

Hey there, so I have stupidly lost the cable to connect my camera to my Macbook, so I was trying to think of things to do with my blog, so I just thought I'd post some photos of me. Vain, I know, but put up with it. :P

First Post!

Hey there.
I'm Katherine, and as you may have guessed from the title, I'm from Scotland. Which automatically means I must be ginger, I must wear kilts all the time, and even eat haggis. Well my hair is a little teensy bit ginger, but I never wear kilts, and I'm a vegetarian (although I don't eat the vegetarian haggis either!). I'm such a rebel, not being the stereotypical Scot. So yeah, I'm fifteen years old, but I'm nearly sixteen *woooo*.
Again, you probably assumed this by the title, this is a beauty blog. I make videos on YouTube (my youtube channel) about beauty too, but I love reading beauty blogs, so I decided to start my own! I have had a few now and then, but they were all epic fails, and I forgot to keep them updated. *sad face* If that happens with this one, you have permission to e-slap me and tell me to stop slacking.

I love, love, love everything to do with beauty, I want to take beauty further when I leave school, and go to college for hair and beauty. I'm just so excited to have my own little blog! YAY! I spent ages "prettifying" it, as I know that personally, I prefer to read "pretty" looking blogs. I hope you guys like it. Talking of time, I am seriously nocturnal. It's 6.16am here in Scotland (at the time of writing), and I'm just getting tired now... I don't know what to do. Sleep now, and not get up until about 2/3pm, or stay up and be a zombie all day.. hmm.
